Yagi Hana Retail is striving to get Japan's best products at the best price possible into our client’s hands. Due to the nature of our business and the fact that demand often is higher than supply we may not always have the product that you want immediately. As such we are moving forward in the way we allow our customers to make sure they get the products they want.

Yagi Hana Retail will be introducing pre-orders on select product ranges in our store. We work closely with our suppliers which allows us to confidently allow our customers to pre-purchase for high demand products.

Below are some crucial terms and conditions to take into consideration when pre-ordering/pre-purchasing.

Terms and Conditions

• All pre-orders are paid in full upfront
• Once a pre-order is fully paid, we will not allow refunds. We will look at store credit or product swaps on a case-by-case basis.
• The availability date is an estimation and as such we can receive products earlier or later than the specified date. Yagi Hana Retail will endeavour to contact all pre-orders for all extreme time delays
• An extreme time delay is 4 weeks later than the expected specified date.
• If an item arrives early, it will be shipped within 24 hours
• All items will be shipped within 24 hours of arriving at our warehouse.
